Delete your Cotenos account

Delete it in the app

1. 1Open the Cotenos app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. 2Go to the Profile tab and tap Settings.
3. 3Under Danger Zone, tap Delete Account.
4. 4Tap Delete My Account, then Yes, Delete.
5. 5If you own venues, the app asks you once more: tap Close venues and delete.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Stopped at the Complete your profile step after signing up? You can delete the account from that screen, with Delete account.

No longer have the app?

Email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We answer within 30 days and may need to confirm that the account is yours first.

What is deleted

As soon as you delete your account, this is erased or removed:

• Your name, email address, phone number, photo, gender, date of birth and coach bio.
• Your password, your sessions and your device's push notification token.
• Your saved addresses and your block list.
• Your notifications and the problem reports you sent us.
• The reviews you wrote.
• AI messages and any fitness details saved with them.
• If you used Sign in with Apple: the stored Apple token. We also ask Apple to revoke the sign-in.

What is kept, and for how long

• Past bookings stay in anonymized form, because venues need them for their records and accounting. They are no longer linked to your name or contact details, and they have no fixed end date.
• Reports you made about reviews stay as part of our moderation records.
• Partner applications and contact messages sent through our website are separate from your account. We keep them for as long as needed to respond and for our business records.
• We may keep limited information for longer where the law requires it, or where needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or enforce our Terms.
• Deleted information may remain in backups for a limited period, until they are overwritten.
