Record the Session

With your coach's permission, record key drills. Watching yourself back is often more instructive than in-the-moment feedback — your body does things your brain doesn't register.

Ask for a Homework Drill

The best coaches send you away with one repeatable drill you can practise solo. Implement it every day until the next session; the compounding effect is where real improvement lives.
